CMS Category cannot be loaded error for PS 1.6.1.5

Hi Updated my shop from PS 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.5 everything seems fine except cms section in admin is not loading so as fooooter cms block

 

for CMS section at back office I get Category cannot be loaded error

 

Tried few database tweaks but didnt work seems like there is something wrong in core files

Version 1.6.1.5 is quite buggy according to user's complaints. There is no database change so you can try to replace all files with 1.6.1.4 version.

 

DISCLAIMER: Firstly backup. I have never done it myself, just guessing from installation files.
