hay lin Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Hello, I have a problem and I have tried everything, but I can't get it to work... I have build a webshop for a client. The customers get e-mails when they have placed an order. When the customers reply to this e-mail, I get those e-mails. SOMETIMES. Not all the time! I receive only 1 in 10 e-mails, instead of my client.... I have tried about everything. I have changed every e-mailaddress that I could find, into my clients e-mailaddress. So these I already tried: - Customers --> contact persons - Preferences --> store contacts - The module "e-mail alerts" - Advanced Preferences --> E-mail Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?
