Customer loyalty and rewards .. error ...

I do not know why, but logging into your customer account and clicking on "My loyalty points" error page appears 404 ... I looked on forums everywhere but I can not jump out ... anyone have any idea?

I tried to reset the module, installing it again, to delete the folder and recreate it, I checked the friendly url and are active, the permissions are set to 755 (of loyalty folder) ... I do not really know what it is.

By clicking on the button on the personal page the url that appears is http://www.nomesito.com/shop/it/module/loyalty/default?process=summary

Someone has already passed? The theme is the default.
