mrjohnsvend
Hi all, We have a big issue in our webshop. We have experienced over the past two months, that our webshop have become REALLY slow. It uses a lot of time to connect to the server, which have result in loosing customers. Therefore we have contacted our hosting-company. They say, that nothing is wrong with their server (by doing tests), and I should contact a developer. The developer of the theme have helped us to see, if their was something wrong with the construction of the database. Therefore they have installed the whole database and the codes locally on their server. Here the speed is down at 2 - 3 secounds pr. page. What should I do? The hosting company tells me it is not caused by them. The developing company tells me also, it is not caused by them. What is the cause then??? Kind regards El-sale.dk
NemoPS
It does load slowly indeed. It'd say turn on debug profiling in defines.inc.php.See if any query takes a lot, and proceed from there. You will need a developer to debug any issue anyway

But is the problem caused by the hosting company then?
tuk66
I suggest to use CDN for images. You have so much images (at least at the home page) and some are not loaded at all.
