A test email with an existing email template works flawlessly, but when I call my email template it does not work. I have triple-checked the language, folders, names, etc. And I've put the txt and html templates in EVERY mail folder it could work (/modules/mymodule/gb/mails, /mails/gb/, /themes/default_bootstrap/mails/gb, etc). Also, tried with different languages, different folders... Do you have any thougths? Prestashop have the poorest documentation I've ever seen for developers (in terms of a hugely supported open source software...) Regards! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After a lot of headaches I've found that a template .txt file was missing from /themes/default-bootrstrap/mails/gb Sorry to bother.
