magwalberg Posted April 21, 2016 Share Posted April 21, 2016 Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to set up my email in the Customer Service section of Prestashop. But i keep getting this error no matter what IMAP mail account I'm trying to type in: "imap is not installed on this server". What does this error mean? (Im sorry, but I'm new to Prestashop).
