Problema Error 500 instalacion por primera vez

Hola amigos, estoy teniendo problemas con la instalación por primera vez de prestashop. Ya descargue el archivo y lo subi a cpanel (directorio public_html) por medio de FilleZilla. Tambien realize el paso de crear una base de datos mysql. Al momento en que intento abrir la pagina para la instalacion me da error 500 internal server error.
