"no carrier available" > "kein Versanddienst verfügbar"

Hello,

 

i know, thats a generell topic, but i change all settings and doesnt helps.

 

- option "advanced stock management" is on.

- add the carrier zone to countries

- all prices correct

- all groups free for using carrier

- shipping --> preferences  --> Free shipping starts at: 10000

- all products and stock settings on "If no carrier is selected then all the carriers will be available for customers orders." for use all carriers.

 

the order did not work and please can you help me?
