I can't get paypal to work getting this error

 

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

I think the problem is my prestashop email doesn't match my paypal email 

how do I change my prestashop email address

I think the cause could be the information you have submitted in the PayPal module configuration

I checked my paypal credentials and tried with 2 different accounts and it still gets the same error

paypalusa and paypalmx have several errors.

when I try to install that module it reports that it's not compatible with my country USA should I install any way?

I had to use express setup option the regular one wouldn't work
