Hi,

I have setup a prestashop store and configured the ebay module. It gives me all ticks (green check marks) after configuring the module.

 

Now when I try to synchronise the store with ebay gives the following error message -

 

Input data for tag is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.

- Item.ProductListingDetails

 

Could someone please help me resolve the issue?

Hi, I just had that error message and resolved it by going into the module settings and generating a new authentication token. A few minutes later all of my products were showing on Ebay.
