help planning onlibe store

Hello all.

Big problem to solve.
I'm building a store to sell costumized tshirts.
This is what we have:

Each design can be suplied in 3 models: man, woman, sweat
Each model have 5 sizes: s, m, l, xl, XXL
Each model havê 15 possible colors
Each design 13 possible colors.

This is a uge number of combinations. Over 2500 per product.
Every time i try to clone a Product or automátic create the combinations... Time out....

Tried presta manager.... 1 hour per product.
Can you help me think in other way to do this?
