My customers can not change their current password : "This email address is not valid"

Hello,

On my PrestaShop store, my customers can not change

their current password.

They receive an error message: "This email address is not valid"

But when they do the process there is no need of email address....as there are

already connected and logged in successfully !

Any ideas ?

But trying to help you, I need to ask you few questions :

 

- what version do you use ?

- did you make any modifications recently or installed "exotic" modules ?

- what is your hosting ?

what version do you use ?  --  PrestaShop version: 1.6.0.11

 

- did you make any modifications recently or installed "exotic" modules ? ---   no - I just suppressed the Birth Date in the "New user Creation"

It's the Theme that make this problem. I deactivated the theme and it's working now !!!!
