Products are not visible in front office and categories

Hello,

 

I have strange problem. I use eMagicOne Store Manager for Prestashop Cloud for import products and when I adding new products I can see them in Back Office.

But when i enter in Front Office and click on the category i see:  "There are no products in this category."

 

I don't see products also on home page under "New arrived", "Popular" etc.

 

But on product preview I see it.

 

Need help on this, please!

The problem is surely on the missing association to main category and sub-category. Your site don't have sub-sub-catgories for to access publicly. Furthermore for to see the products on first site, you must activate homefeatured module and associate the products you want to be shown there to the category home too... See screen I've attached on my prior post.

Did you added the products to the categories on the your csv ? Indeed it is not a problem of PSM, but of correct import. On PSM you can furthermore select the categories for to import, if you don't have specified any on your csv table. Please check. You can also use the suport of PSM, i.e. read the very good tutorial doc:

Yes i'm importing the products with the category ID, and in back office all seems ok, with all products in the right categories, but when i enter in front office theres no products in the categories.

Products are shop activated ? Please attach in your next post a printscreen of the back-office of Prestashop (taba catalog -> products -> select a product for to edit) for one of the products. I need to see your configuration of a product on tab: Information and Association.

I just can see the product if i click on pre-view in the back office

Try to clear cache from PrestaShop Amin or from Store Manager application if products still do not show at the frontend.

Yes clear cache as Iryna told, furthermore I noticed: your product are set for ex. Tissot, but there is no category for this you can access on your navigation bar.

 

I will explain in Portugues, perhaps it is more clear for you setting error you did:

 

Vc. precisa setar categorias que existem, ou seja: vc. somente colocou as categorias chaves, mas nao as sub-categorias no painel de categorias.  No caso de um produto Tissot, vc. deverá tmbm. selecionar as categorias Relógio, Marcas além de somente Tissot. Tissot nao existe na sua loja.... ou seja nao é acessível. ;)

A árvore de associacoes para cada artigo deverá ser: Categoria pai, sub-categoria, sub-sub-categoria se esta existir. A categoria home serve para vc. mostrar o artigo tambm. na primeira página aleatóriamente no módulo "homefeatured" - produtos em destaque na página inicial.

I had changed the category tree but still with the same problem.

Funny thing if i click save, on associations page this product already appears in the front office.

Bur the problem is that i had more than 500 products :S

With PSM you have the possibility to add by mass products to categories. Select all the products you want to have added to a category and than use Assign Categories: http://store-manager-for-prestashop-documentation.emagicone.com/prestashop-category-management/5-assign-categories

But in PSM all products are associated to categories, and in Back Office too! :S the problem is that in the front office the categories dont display products!

As I told before: your products are added to a catagory, which is not in navigation bar. From what I can see you have only Joias, relogios and decoracao, but your products are added not to this categories, but tu sub-categories. You need to add also the main category to the products, not only to a sub-category which is not in the navigation bar. Take a look into the screen I added. One product you was able to add successfully, now you need to add the products by mass on the same way with PSM. Select the products and use "adding categories" button by selecting for these selected products the main category too....

 

You have an incomplete category tree on products, and non selectable categories on your navigation bar. You have two options: add the categories all to the navigation bar, our add the products to the main categories you are using, which are joias, relogios or decoracao,

Well, this could be a bug or PSM. We had this once. Which PSM version are you using (pro or not) ? Your site is really hosted on Prestashop Cloud ?

 

 

My PSM version is 2.21.1 (Build:1329) Professional edition but in 30 days trial. I want to know if the problem is in the PSM after before buy. Yes my site is hosted on Prestashop Cloud!

One try to change your misimport was succesful, please proceed with all your products by the same way (by mass with PSM).

it should be a problem with faceted search module.

Go to faceted search module on backoffice and try to recreate indexes and clear cache (you have a button there to clear cache).

It should work fine now, even if you sort products by price
