cant install AutoUpdate Module

Good Day.can anyone help me to solve this issue.. i can't install 1-Click Upgrade - AutoUpgrade, the error that i encountere is " Module 1-Click Upgrade - AutoUpgrade cannot be upgrade, Error while Donwloading the latest version "

and all the module that i want to install same error..

Here is the ScreenShoots i took..

Try getting the zip file directly from the addons store http://addons.prestashop.com/en/5496-1-click-upgrade-autoupgrade.html
And upload the module to your store manually

Well I have to guess that one is broken, or your folder doesn't have writing permissions

Login via ftp of use the file manager in cPanel, see what it reads under "permissions", it will be a number like 0775
