Pb avec l'utilisation d'un thème acheté "Léo Vanis Fashion"

Bonjour à tous,

 

Je rencontre un problème, j'ai installé sur Prestashop le thème que j'ai acheté "Léo Vanis Fashion", j'ai lu la partie du tutto qui m'intéresse : "Vous pouvez et même devez personnaliser certains aspects du thème...le logo...Pour ce faire, rendez-vous sur la page "Thèmes du menu "Préférences".

 

J'ai donc suivi la manip, le logo se charge sur le backoffice, mais quand je teste son rendu en allant sur la boutique le logo n'apparait pas et je ne sais pas comment résoudre mon problème.

 

Pourriez vous m'indiquer la manipulation à réaliser ?

Qql un a t'il déjà rencontré ce type de problème ?

Il faut voir ça avec le webdesigner de ce thème.

Have you found a solution for it. It happens to me as well. Initially, I thought it was on my local installation but it still happens on the server. I can't customise the Logo and I can't even change the text over the carousel slides. Any idea on the solution?

I have contacted the theme creator too and I am currently waiting for their help but I appreciate your suggestion on how you solved it.
