Is there a module or setting that let products sold by the warehouse location and users location?

In my business model.

1. I get some warehouses in different cities.

2. The products are delivered according to the user's city.

3. The products are sold according to the warehouse stocks.

4. Different cities got different products.

 

I know there is a multi-warehouses function. How can I related the warehouses with the users locations
