shokinro
First of all, please make sure that SEO friendly URL is enabled, you can check that out at back office : Preferences - SEO & URLs tab Secondly try to disable or uninstall the Clean URL module and see if it works without that module. If it works without Clean URL module, and the issue must be related to that module, and you should contact the developer of the module for help. You can also try to clear server cache(if you use) and Smarty cache to see if it is related to the cache.

duocolor
Thank You for Your replay I uninstaled Clean URL. and everything is working again. Is there any other module to get rid of id number in frienfly url?
PrestaHeroes USA
TIP: There is no issue with id's in URL from an SEO standpoint. Modifying core PrestaShop to do this will only cause you problems in the future. I highly recommend leaving the native PS URL as it is. my two cents.
