Product Attribute / Combinations Issue

Hi,

 

I'm having some issues with product attributes and the combination generator. 

 

When selecting a attribute / combination in the left hand cart box on the product page,

the URL changes for a split second and then reverts back to the original product combination.

 

This is my 4th store now but the first time I am seen this issue.

if you try and select a different combination it will not work.
