Catalog Price Rules - Not applying correctly

Hi there,

 

I have a product (Shirt).

This shirt is within the T-Shirts category.

It is also manufactured by Baleno.

 

I have the first catalog price rule set to apply a 10% off all items in the T-Shirts category.

I have the second catalog price rule set to apply a 20% off all items in the Baleno brand.

 

Right now I only get 10% off on my PS store when I view this (Shirt) product.

Is this meant to happen? Why don't the catalog price rule compound?

As far as I know it's only supposed to apply the default category's one. There should be a way to apply both actually, if you set both conditions in a single catalog rule
