customer service error with gmail

I activated IMAP on a gmail test account to test customer service.

I deactivated this setting on gmail: https://www.google.com/settings/u/2/security/lesssecureapps

 

My Prestashop config is like this:

 

IMAP URL: imap.gmail.com

IMAP PORT: 993

IMAP USER: my gmail email address 

IMAP PASSWORD: my gmail password

 

Options:

SSL "YES"

All the other options "NO"

 

But I'm getting this error:

 

• Retrying PLAIN authentication after [ALERT] Please log in via your web browser: https://support.google.com/mail/acco, Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [ALERT] Please log in via your web browser: https://support.google.com/mail/acco

Ok I connected to imap.gmail.com by the command shell and now I have the complete error:
