Customer Order Confirmation Email shows <td align="right"> in first Product Price column

With the first product in the email confirmation to the customer the price does show but also the html.

So, for example, in the price column it shows: < td align="right"> $5.00

Adding another product shows that this does not occur with the 2nd product. I have yet to test with any more than 2 products but the html always shows with the 1st product.

 

 

Looking into it it appears that the email template tags are balanced and I'm not familiar enough to track down what might be wrong with the set variable {products}

 

I will note that with the email notification emails from the notification module that go to the site owner does not have this behavior though it uses the variable {items}.
