khitomer Posted March 19, 2016 Share Posted March 19, 2016 Im not sure I would call this a bug but wasnt sure where else to leave a message. Ive noticed that I do not receive email notification for a few days when someone uses the contact us option and sends an email message. Ive tested it myself and within thew admin page of prestashop I get the message and the person gets an acknowledgment the message has been sent but I do not get notified via my email for a few days I even have a message to pick up. There for Im having to leave the admin page up and open on my computer so it can be checked many times a day. I have option: Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases) selected in the admin panel under email.
