Urgent, Password And Email Won't Work

I am launching my site ... 

 

Right in the middle of it..   Now I cannot get to the back office.

My login and password don't work.

 

I tried reseting my password.  But no email came to me.

 

Now I cannot log in and cannot reset my password for 360 minutes....

 

My old site is down and my new site works but I need to make some changes...

 

I am on PRESTASHOP CLOUD.

 

What do I do ?

2. Press on My store

3. click on the tab settings

4. change your password

That changed my Prestashop password.

 

But I need access to my Backoffice.. which seems to be a different password.

It seems that I have made a change to my mail server at the same time... could that be it.

 

I tried changing the password of one of my test accounts and it did not send me an email as well.

 

So it seems that no emails are being sent by my store.

 

Is there a way to update the email setting without going into the Backoffice....

Please answer as my store is live but needs changes done that I can't do without back office access
