What Is My Alerts In Account ?

in customer account there is My Alerts what is this ?
P.S. I try to send massage and replay from back-end but nothing appear in my alerts

It refers to the Mail Alerts module, used to get notifications when a product is back in stock. You can just uninstall the module if you don't need it

This is not the correct answer, I cant find the answer to this question, not in english or spanish.

The alerts module you are talking about, are to the seller. This is the Customer´s account

It is the correct answer.  The Mail Alerts module adds the "My Alerts" option to the customers My Account page/block

The module implements a few features for both the merchant and the customer

For the merchant

1. Send an email for new orders received
2. Send an email when a product is out of stock
3. Send an email when a customer returns a product

For the customer:

1. Allows the customer to configure an alert when an out of stock product is available again
2. Send an email to the customer when their order changes.
