Strange Error When I Change Order Status

Hi!

 

I was upgraded a few days ago from 1.6.1.0 to the latest stabile prestashop 1.6.1.4.

 

I have just one strange problem, when I change order status from Preparation in progress to Shipped I get a blank page with message:

GIF89a�����,D;

 

After that I can change order status whit this particular order without errors ...

 

Do you have an idea what is going on?

Hi, please enable PrestaShop debug mode to see if there is a php error than you can search to find solution

I also got the same error. debug mode is also on but it only give GIF89a�����,D; with a blank page.

You ll not get anything by enabling debug mode as this is the result of curl request. Last time i seen such error on a webshop where a analytics module sending incorrect parameter in curl request to google api which result in such strange error.

You should check if any third party module is hooking to shipping status change and than look for the problem in module.
