For 20.000 products I suggest to take a self hosted Cloud or dedicated server. Magento is more server resources consumer than Prestashop. For Magento YOU NEED a good and speedy hardware architecture or your shop will fail on speed. This is not the case for Prestashop, which can run on shared servers if your shop is small (under 2.000 products).
