(Solved) Friendly Url Gives 404 Error

I'm using Prestashop 1.6 and when I activate friendly URL's all pages give this error "The requested URL /prestashop/ro/boxe-active/37785-etx-10p-boxa-activa-electro-voice was not found on this server."

 

mod_rewrite is activated, AllowOverwrite is on and I don't know if it matters but it is currently installed on a dev. server, not www, I also regenrated the .htaccess file.

 

Please help!

The mod_rewrite was not working even though it was installed and as for the product URL's they did not work because I deletec the {category:/} part on "Route to products". Beginner mistake

it would seem mod_rewrite is not properly working on the server. Are product pages the only ones broken? Or is no page working?

It was a problem from the server, the mod_rewrite wasn't working correctly. Now only the products links don't work, the rest are fine.

How do they look like?  You might want to check the rewrite rule in the back office

Yo tenia todo correcto, con prestashop 1.6, apache bien configurado, hice todos los pasos, de borrar el htaccess, etc.

Lo ultimo que hice fue modificar el htaccess con url amigable activado

En el htaccess eliminé las lineas de <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> y </IfModule>
