Countdown To Last Order Of Day?

I am not sure what forum to post this in so if incorrect please change it to the correct one.

 

I am looking to have my shop say or have a countdown for orders for that day.

example: last orders for same day dispatch is 1pm after that orders are processed next day.

so the item will say last order 1pm or it will have a countdown to the deadline of 1pm

 

or when ordering the checkout will say order will be despatched the following day if it is ordered after 1pm

 

I hope you understand what i mean and is there an option to allow this or a module that does this???

I would use a simple module with a jquery countdown, always set to your lo your local 1pm. Then, have it display the counter and text accordingly (like when it reaches 0, display another text)
If you want to avoid javascript (the countdown), you can have php check the local time and see how much is left before the next 1pm, displaying text accordingly.

 

For both you'll need someone to develop a custom solution, unless you are a developer (or any such module already exist)
