Header Logo Not Showing

Hello. I just started my PS Cloud shop and I deactivated it so that it shows only the logo and the maintenance message.

 

The problem is the logo is not showing.

 

I uploaded it to the Default-Bootstrap theme, following the recommended height and as a jpg file. It shows on the Back-office themes administration page OK.

 

What can be wrong?

I just tried to re-upload the logo but it did not help.

The problem is not in the logo
The problem in the site theme, perhaps the module that is not compatible with the version of prestashop.

I do not understand why the default theme on PrestaShop would be incompatible with PrestaShop. I am frustrated.
