JesusRo Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Buen día Lo que pasa es que cuando intento instalar el prestashop 1.6x en español (descargado de la web oficial) y lo descomprimo en mi servidor me tira el siguiente error Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.4.16 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at MI-SITIO.com Port 80 pero cuando instalo la misma versión desde softaculos (cpanel) todo anda normal, e incluso intento instalar con el método de quickstart de Leo Themes, y funcionó normal. que es lo que estaría sucediendo.. Si tienes acceso mediante ssh a tu servidor, comprueba con un ls -la que la carpeta donde instalas Prestashop tiene todos los permisos y usuarios correctos. Un saludo.
