How To Change Products Options As The Way I Want? Really Appreciated !

I really need help with this. I am totally new at here

I would like to have 3x3 products options (total is 9st), right now i have 4st on
this products.

I want 100% same as my this website 3x3 products options. 



As you can see he has 7st right now and postion is in the middle of
products pictures and products Description.
