Combination Bugs - Save Button Disappears

Can anyone help us, we have:

problem 1

We have problem with our Prestashop. Always when we try to make up a new product or a new combination for some reason button "Save" or "Save and Stay" dissapear.
We also try to make everything new from the start but does not help.

problem 2

When it also works with combination after that no change is possible in this produckt.

problem 3

We tried also with upgrading to newer versions of Prestashop but we did not succeed.
Please tell us, it is possible to Newer Version of Prestashop to switches without crashes and bugs?
