1-Click Old Version Not Upgrading.

I really hope that some of you guys can help me.

 

Last week i ordered a domain and webhotel with a host.
In my controlpanel at my host, there is a 1-click installation of Prestashop cloud.
However the version is 1.6.1.3.

This version is giving me all sorts of problems.
ssl problems, loop problems and so on.
So i tried to install the free 1-click AutoUpgrade module from the addon site.
But the addon site says "PS_ADMIN_DIR constant is missing" and will not install.

 

So what do i do from here?
I was thinking to start all over as i haven´t done any serious work on the shop yet.
Can i delete everything at my webhotel? I have a folder called "public_html"
full of Prestashop files, i was thinking to empty this folder?
Can i delete my shop at Prestashop and be sure to start a new one, with the exact same domain
without Prestashop saying "This domain is already registered"

I´m no expert and i want to stay with a cloud version of Prestashop.

if you are using Prestashop Cloud, you cannot upgrade the store your self.

Which person can upgrade it when i use the cloud version?

Do you have a contact person or link?

So then there is no way to upgrade your cloud store.  Perhaps the cloud is not the right platform for you
