Changing Mail Or Deleting Account

Changing your email

 

In order to change your email, follow this:

 

- Send a mail to [email protected] ;

- Add inside your full name, your current mail, the new mail ;

- To confirm your identity (ie that you are the owner of the account), you must send us your current password ;

- If the info you provided were legit, we will change your email ;

- As soon as we send you a response confirming the change, you must change your current password.

 

Please note: as this point, only users without a PrestaShop Cloud store are eligible.

Deleting your account

 

In order to delete your account, follow this:

 

- Send a mail to [email protected] ;

- Add inside your full name, your current mail ;

- To confirm your identity (ie that you are the owner of the account), you must send us your current password ;

- If the info you provided were legit, we will delete your account ;

- We won't be able to give you feedback about this, so watch out - this is definitive.
