Changing The Display Order Of Tax, Shipping & Discounts In Cart?

Hi. Does anyone know how I can change the display order of the order total summary in the cart? For example, right now it shows like this:

 

1. Total Item Price  $10.00
2. Total Shipping   $5.00
3. Discounts  $-3.00
4. Total  $12
5. Tax $1.00
6. Grand total  $13.00

 

I'd like to change the display order to something like:

 

1. Total Item Price  $10.00 
2. Discounts  $-3.00
3. Tax $1.00
4. Shipping   $5.00
5. Grand Total  $13.00

 

Can you tell me please what files I would edit to do this? I have a feeling I'm overlooking a very simple fix.

You would need to edit the shopping-cart.tpl file and re-arrange the code. Nope no simple fix, while it will not be hard I'm sure it will take some trial and error.
