Quantity Synchronization With Ebay Does Not Work

We use Presta Shop as add-on Online Channel for our retail store. To keep the stock updated in Prestashop, we are importing the quantities from our retail store system into Prestashop via CSV on a daily basis. Unfortunately - when we run the synchronization with eBay, the new quantities are not being transferred to eBay.

(We already needed to cancel an eBay sale, because the quantities had not been updated and the e-bay sold product was out-of-stock)

 

I read in this forum, that quantity changes are only being transferred to eBay, when changes occur due to sales within Prestashop or from manual product changes within Prestashop. 

 

If this is true, this would mean in consequence, that we would need to update every single sale in our retail shop manually within eBay, which would make the Prestashop-eBay module useless. 

 

Please help us finding a solution for this problem.
