Problem With Module Discount

Hi, we've bought a module reduction / Discount by payment option.

We have several types of discounts by payment. The first one is 2% just for buying online. Another discount is when you choose a payment option, for example, 3% if you pay by bank wire. The problem is when both rules apply:

The first rule of 2% discount is applied and when the 3% discount is applied, it applies to the products' value without the 2% discount. We want to apply 3% discount to the value that comes out of the 2% discount, because we actually give not 5% discount but 2+3% discount.
