Error Zip File Extraction On Theme

Hi,

 

I had bought a new theme on the addons Easiness Theme from template master. In my addons profile, i can't download the theme. So i follow the procedure, go to the back office, login in the market and when i go in the theme menu, i have the error (it's a french traduction, i'm sorry ): an error occured during the file zip extraction.

 

Any ideas?

Try to contact theme developer and describe the problems you are having.

Developer should do one of the following:

1) Send you a zip with theme

2) Install theme for you.
