Since Prestashop 1.6 everytime when I enter a tracking id in an order, the status "Transportation - Shipment is done" is automatically set. Is there a way to not do it. The mail "in transit" is send, this is ok, but we got a lot of shippments, where we enter first the tracking id and later on it is send, usually 1-3 days later. The problem is, when we enter the tracking id now the status "Transportation - Shipment is done" is set and our workers don't know if the package is now send really, or if it was the atuomatically status after entering the tracking id. NemoPS Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I guess that's the label you gave to the "shipped" status.it should not happen by default, what's your prestashop version?
