Kaprylo Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 In the order status window when I select "Shipped" and update. Nothing happens ! I get no error logs, cleared the cache. How To Enable Debug Mode in Prestashop 1.6.Connect to your server using a FTP client Go into ROOT/config folder and open the defines.inc.php file Change the value of _PS_MODE_DEV_ from False to True and Save the file. Once you’re done with all changes, switch _PS_MODE_DEV back to False so that it’s turned off in production mode. Have you tried another browser / computer? Kaprylo Posted January 5, 2016 Author Share Posted January 5, 2016 Thank you Ron ! I tryed a diffrent browser and nothing happend there either. I changed all to true and saved. Tested the ordar status and nothing happend. Now I found a 2nd problem. I was checking for error logs when I pushed the reset button it did't reset. I don't know if it is connected to it. Also if you have the latest presto version you could prob update to the latest php and it should work. This was a 1 weak headace for me. I use Prestashop 1.7.4.2 and PHP 5.6, when i change PHP version to lower or higher my BO display crash page First in error_log file display Quote escapeshellcmd() has been disabled for security reasons I tell to my hosting provider to enabling escapeshellcmd(), after escapeshellcmd enabled and then in error_log file display Quote escapeshellarg() has been disabled for security reasons Until now i still can't change my order status.
