*SOLVED *PLEASE HELP*** Aftter deleted and paced back on server shop not visible BUT backoffice is!!

Please help!!!
After finishing the shop I tried to deleted one folder www.mydomain.com/shop/ on the server and put back all there is...
This did not work! Is there a way to do this....BUT A BIGGER PROBLEM>>>>
So I put everything back on the server (my backup) BUT now my back office is visible, but my shop IS NOT!!!
Who can help me??? Please??
