Also WordPress for blog is good idea in subdomain or folder inside main domain. OR we can use addons (extensions) on prestashop for blogging purpose. Not to mention that the addition is coming from another domain thru ajax and/or iframe and does not count at all page content. Ratio html vs text as it states is about textual (visible) content compared to page markup. However indication about weak ratio is not directly related to SEO - I mean those recommendation point to potential issues. They not necessarly mean there is a problem.
