Envoi Mai Automatique Retour Produit

Bonjour tout le monde :)


Lorsque je change l'état d'un retour produit en "attente du colis", le client ne reçoit pas de mail indiquant qu'il peut renvoyer son produit.

Oui ce serait bien de prévenir le client.
