Buongiorno,

Utilizzando le Api Webservice messe a disposizione, stiamo cercando di creare una nota di credito per un ordine.

Facendo un test preventivo utilizzando un REST/HTTP API CLIENT ci viene restituito questo errore :

<prestashop xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">
<errors>
<error>

123

<message>Parameter "total_products_tax_excl" can't be set to the object "OrderSlip"</message>
</error>
<error>

123

<message>Parameter "total_products_tax_incl" can't be set to the object "OrderSlip"</message>
</error>
<error>

123

<message>Parameter "total_shipping_tax_excl" can't be set to the object "OrderSlip"</message>
</error>
<error>

123

<message>Parameter "total_shipping_tax_incl" can't be set to the object "OrderSlip"</message>
</error>
</errors>
</prestashop>
 HttpStatusCode: BadRequest

Provando ad escludere invece la parte riguardante i suddetti campi ovviamente (come da schema presente nelle api dove i campi sono required) ci restituisce :

<prestashopxmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">
<errors>
<error>

41

<message>
parameter "total_products_tax_excl" required
</message>
</error>
</errors>
</prestashop>

Siamo in una fase di stallo. Qualcuno è riuscito a creare una order_slip via Webservice? Avete qualche suggerimento su come procedere?

Grazie.
