tivicrdotcom Posted December 19, 2015 Share Posted December 19, 2015 So I created a new product, nothing fancy, the same way I have done it before but now on this one I get a blank screen, I have turned on error reporting and get the following:JSMin: Unterminated String at byte 45: 'Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file '/home/content/13/8897513/html/tintagrafica/themes/pf_milky/./sub/products_module.tpl' in '/home/content/13/8897513/html/tintagrafica/themes/pf_milky/product.tpl' <-- thrown in /home/content/13/8897513/html/tintagrafica/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129 Anyone has a clue? I did that and I sure did get different messages. What's odd is the fact that I have created successfully products on that site before, yet I have no clue why it didn't like this product. PrestaHeroes USA Posted December 19, 2015 Share Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) just reading the new error messages, it seems that themes/pf_milky/product.tpl' is calling pf_milky/./sub/products_module.tpl which looks to be an invalid path, executed search on products_module.tpl on default 1.6.1.2 installation and it did not exist. so look at themes/pf_milky/product.tpl to see if calls products_module.tpl hope that helps... tivicrdotcom Posted December 21, 2015 Author Share Posted December 21, 2015 Patron the issue was obviously the template and it happens when you add accessories to the product. I had added a couple of other products to be displayed at the bottom of the product page and this wasn't welcomed by the theme.
