World Best Brands Posted December 17, 2015 Share Posted December 17, 2015 hi to all, yesterday my prestashop was crushed but i already hv a backup so i over write it but when i m going to update my all modules so it will happened again and again i was try 4 times and get same result.... my prestashop crushed but now its work but i m not able to update modules so kind give me instruction i m waiting for your kind response. razaro Posted December 17, 2015 Share Posted December 17, 2015 Hi depends what module is causing a problem. You can update one by one and see what module is responsible. Also when you see blank page try to turn on debug mode https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ and let us know of error, or try to google maybe some users already had same issue.
