[Solved] New Listings Immediately Orphaned Following Creation

little confused as to why my listings appear in the orphaned listings page as soon as I create them, no explanation under the help column

 

anyone else experience this?

Yes, all my listings are now orphaned.

Orders are being imported from eBay OK and stock adjusted in Prestashop, but there is no communication in the other direction (i.e. changes in Prestashop not being sent to eBay).

Like you all products just showing as orphaned without any explanation in the help column!

it's quite odd as I can update the listings - if I make a change to the description for instance and then re-sync it works. but why are the listings showing up on the orphaned listings page?

 

It's not happening with every listing as I first thought. A few are ok but cannot work out the diffence

I just realised the problem I think... 

 

deselecting catagories on the 'synchronisation - list products' page creates 'orphaned' listings, although they still update if you reselect the catagory.

 

I saw that only items from one catagory weren't orphaned, the one selected at the time. Reselecting all the catagories and clicking 'save and relist', removed all the orphaned listings
