How To Change Size Of More Button I Top Menu (Responsive / Tablet Size) ?

My theme is responsive. Downsize to tablet-size, then look at the top menu and click on "Categories". You then see my categories. Some have subcategories. The "+" to unfold the subcategories are so large that they get over the text.

 

In what CSS file and in what line do I change the

1) size

2) color

of the "+" so that it no longer blocks my category text ?
