Problem When Adding A Personalized Product

Hi everyone,

 

I bought a theme and i have a problem when i add a personalized product. 

 

I try to make a eshop where the customer can buy personnalized tee shirt. So i added to my product a text field.

The problem is :

 

1. I go the product details

2. go to personalized tab, add text, click save button (refresh of the page)

3. add the product to the cart

4. the modal confirmation doesn't appear, but product had been added to the cart

5. when i look to firebug, here what i got :

ReferenceError: CUSTOMIZE_TEXTFIELD is not defined
