eyecandy Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 ive set up free shipping on any orders over £60. i have also set up a discount code in cart rules for 10% and set it as Free shipping = NO however, when the discount code is used the customer is still getting free shipping if the basket is over £60 where have i gone wrong? how do i fix it so its either one or the other? discount code is 111078 my site is eyecandylingerie.co.uk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
doekia Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Implement the free shipping by a CartRule (which is my recommended way for achieving such) and makes it non cumulative with other CartRule The free shipping yes/no option on CartRule mean this rule offers the shipping or not (part of this rule), New cart_rule, name free shipping, NO code, condition £60, quantity 9999, per user 9999, condition cumulative with other rules (pick one or create one fictional but do not add other rules), action free shipping.
